PAMPA RUGS AND CUSHIONS

Acceptance

This website is operated by Pampa. Pampa reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you.

Any order placed by the customer is an agreement to purchasea particular item or items on these Terms and Conditions. Our FAQ http://www.pampa.com.au/faq and Custom Care sections http://www.pampa.com.au/customcare  must also be read, understood, agreed upon and accepted before making an order of a Pampa product, as these are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. Pampa reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including and without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price orthe product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Until Pampa receives payment in full for a product of any description, Pampa remains the lawful owner of the product. Your contract of agreement of our Terms and Conditions with Pampa comes into effect once you have made payment.

Items that appear as $0 and have the contact information of one of our stockists are not available through Pampa. To purchase any of these items you will need to contact the mentioned stockist for a price and availability.

General use of the Pampa website

By accessing the Pampa website the user agrees to not copy or use any of the content for personal or commercial purposes. All text, information, photographic images, logos and website and product designs remain the property of Pampa. Please contact us at hello@pampa.com.au if you wish to use any content from the Pampa website.

Damages and refunds policy

We strictly do not give refunds or credit if you have simply changed your mind. Credit towards another Pampa product can be issued if your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. We also do not give refunds or credit if the advertised size is not correct for your space, so please carefully make your measurements before purchasing. Allow a 5% tolerance in the measurements stated by Pampa.

As Pampa rugs are all one-of-a-kind, it is not possible to give an identical exchange. Some Pampa cushions and can be replaced if the customer has received faulty goods.

If applying for a credit or replacement due to a faulty or damaged product, Pampa must be contacted within 5 business days of the customer receiving delivery of the item. Please contact us at hello@pampa.com.au with details of your purchase and the reason for seeking a credit or exchange. If approved, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition.

The initial shipping cost will not be credited and the cost of the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Only the original purchase price in Australian Dollars will be refunded as credit for Pampa products. Pampa will send you a notice of credit once we have received the return delivery of the product, and we are satisfied that it has not been damaged after you initially received it. If the product has been damaged during the return to Pampa, this is the full responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given. In this case, the product can be returned to the customer. If the product simply is not delivered to Pampa and lost in transit, this is also the full responsibility of the customer. Choosing insurance for your shipment that is to be returned to Pampa is highly recommended, so you are covered in the event of damage to or loss of the product occurring.

All international purchases of any Pampa product and sale items are strictly a final sale; refunds, credits or exchanges will not be considered.

Warranty

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, Pampa does not offer a period of warranty on our products. We however would like to be contacted in the case that a customer has a fault with a Pampa product. As we are serious about customer satisfaction, we will consider resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Imperfections

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, they will all have some form of imperfections. These can be inconsistencies in colour, terminations, weaving or any physical aspect of Pampa rugs and cushions whatsoever. In our opinion, we feel these imperfections add a charm to the piece, which can only be obtained through a hand-made process. Each piece has its own characteristic which has been given to it by its artist.

As many of the dyes used in the colouring process are natural, inconsistencies will occur from time to time.

Privacy policy

Pampa will not sell your personal information or contact details onto any other parties. We however may email you our newsletter from time to time with special offers and/or new products of ours that become available. If you wish for this not to happen, please inform us and we will delete all of your details from our mailing list.

As we personally inspect, sign and package the prints ourselves, we know they are shipped in nothing but perfect condition. If the mailing tube has been delivered to you in a state of damage and the print has also suffered damage that deems it unusable, please email us photos as soon as possible. We will have a new print sent out. Pampa does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. 

Warranty
